About Skip Dickens, Owner
Upon graduating from the University of Georgia with a business degree in Risk Management and Insurance, Skip went to work in the automotive industry. Over those years, he gained hands-on experience in finance, sales, management, and customer service. It was at this time he decided to follow his dream to become a licensed general contractor. This dream has turned into a passion. After successfully completing courses and licensure, he went on to work in the triangle area of North Carolina for an established building company for several years to gain experience.
Skip has since returned home to Wilmington, NC to begin his own journey in the building industry. He lives in Wrightsville Beach with his dog Houser and is excited to break into the rapidly-growing homebuilding market in Wilmington.
